This are the examples of our training we do in volleyball

This is how we do our training.We do some squats to make our legs to be strong and plank for our upper bodypart.

Here are the training that we need to do to improve our gameplay

lower body excercises

  • body squat 2 sets/ 20 reps
  • wall sit 3 sets / 45 seconds
  • Lunge 4 sets / 20 reps (10 per leg)

Upper body exercises

  • push up 3 sets / 10 reps
  • tricep dip 3 sets / 8 reps

Core exercises

  • plank 2 sets / 45 seconds
  • crunches 2 sets / 45 reps
  • leg raise 2 sets / 12 reps
